1 General notice
All benefits offered in this online shop are carried out based on the following terms and conditions exclusively. Any differing regulation only apply, if they were agreed on in written form between the shop owner and the customer beforehand.
2 Conclusion of contract
The offers in this online shop present a non-binding proposition to the customer to order products online. By ordering the desired products online, the customer submits a binding offer to complete the purchase contract. The order confirmation takes place via the e-mail address provided by the customer.
3 Delivery time
All products will be sent as soon as possible. The delivery time regularly amounts to less than one week within Switzerland, and less than two weeks to other countries. Shipping of some products to some countries may take longer. If at any time a product should not be available short-term, the customer will be notified via e-mail about the estimated delivery time. The shipping is carried out by regular post. The shop owner does not guarantee its – or its supplier’s – timely delivery and does not assume liability for shipping delays caused by modified regulatory permissions or legal situation, interruption of operations, industrial dispute or problems with sourcing of materials. In these cases the agreed upon delivery date is postponed by implication, by the time necessary for the clearing the obstacle. This online shop is entitled to send partial shipments, which are to be accepted by the customer.
4 Return policy
Every order from this online shop is binding. Replacement and return of shipped products, except for shipments differing from the order or damaged by the transport or defective products. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the received parcel for any transport damage. By accepting a damaged package from the forwarding agent, the customer implicitly confirms the receipt of a problem-free parcel. Claims for compensation due to faulty images, texts, prices or delayed delivery will be refused. The shop owner must be informed about wrongly delivered or damaged items in written form within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. After this period of time the order is considered approved. Changes of price or model as well as product availability remain reserved by this online shop.
5 Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the country and on the amount of products to be shipped. The estimated shipping costs are shown during the checkout. The actual shipping costs may vary, e.g. when products are ordered in big amounts. In this case the shop owner will contact the customer and communicate the actual amount of shipping costs.
The customer has different payment options that can be chosen during checkout. Our shop ships as soon as the payment comes in, never before. All prices are final prices, i.e. either include the VAT or the VAT is not required. The products are owned by the shop owner until the final payment of the full price. Orders without payments will be canceled 30 days after the order.
Should a product shipped by this shop exhibit deficiencies or should there be a reason for complaints, the customer is obliged to contact the shop owner within 72 hours to state the deficiency. Products returned without notice or without prior contact with the shop owner will not be accepted. Should a product be damaged during transport, then the customer is to contact the forwarding agent.
